Who we are
From a Pixel is a digital marketing and design studio registered as a sole proprietorship in Singapore. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you visit fromapixel.com or engage our services, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address and message you provide. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we collect the contact details and content you choose to share. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP addresses and pages visited, which we use in aggregate to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
We use the information you send us for one purpose: responding to your enquiry and, if you become a client, delivering the services you have engaged us for. We do not sell personal data, run advertising trackers on this site, or add you to mailing lists without your consent.
Who we share it with
Contact form submissions are delivered to our email via a form processing provider. Client work may involve platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics or content management systems, in which case data handling is governed by the agreement for that engagement. We do not share your personal data with any other third parties unless required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable follow-up, after which it is deleted. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for any period required for tax and accounting obligations in Singapore.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask us what personal data of yours we hold, request a correction, or withdraw consent for its continued use. To do any of these, email fromapixel@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Significant changes will be flagged clearly on this page.
